From elderly people wanting to improve their comfort and balance to golfers wanting to improve their golf swing.Children with learning difficulties, computer programers and contractors with sore necks and backs. I also work with people who have nerve and brain injuries, such as multiple sclerosis and cerebral polsy. And children who can’t sit still or focus in the classroom.I have a weekly ATM (Awareness Through Movement) class on wednesdays at The Physical Gym-Cypress Village, Gualala. This class is open to everyone. No prior experience is necessary. Drop ins are welcome. Private FI Lessons (Functional Integration) are available at my studio in Point Arena Ca.
